Getting Started

Do I need experience to start martial arts?

No, our classes are beginner-friendly and designed for people with no prior experience. Our coaches will guide you step by step and help you build confidence from your first session.

Am I fit enough to join?

Yes. You don’t need to be fit to start — that’s what training is for. Our classes are suitable for all fitness levels, and you can progress at your own pace.

What should I bring to my first class?

Comfortable workout clothes, water, and a positive attitude. We’ll guide you through everything else during your first session.

What types of martial arts do you teach?

We offer MMA, kickboxing, and practical self defence training. Our programmes are designed to improve fitness, confidence, and real-world skills.

What if my child / myself feels nervous to come for the first time?

This happens all the time! We encourage to come and just watch the first session, we also found that bringing a friend for a trial can help to feel more relaxed. Our Classes are very accommodating and the team are incredibly supportive.

Are your classes suitable for beginners?

Yes, all our classes are structured to support beginners while also challenging more experienced students.

Do you offer classes for children?

Yes, we run dedicated kids martial arts classes focused on confidence, discipline, and fitness in a fun and safe environment.

Do you offer women-only classes?

Yes, we offer women’s self defence programmes designed to teach practical skills in a supportive and comfortable setting.

How much do classes cost?

Pricing varies depending on the programme. The best way to get started is to book a free trial class and we’ll explain the options available.
